Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw — no reason needed.
This applies to:
- ✓ Standard catalog posters — one of our existing catalog designs, bought exactly as shown, with no changes of your own
- ✓ Unused gift cards
It doesn't apply to:
- ✗ Personalized posters — including one of our catalog designs that you've personalized (for example by adding or editing a title, subtitle, name, date, statistic, or color)
- ✗ Studio-created and route-based posters — made from a route you uploaded, or built in our Studio
- ✗ Custom digital files
These are made to your specifications, so they can't be returned for a change of mind — even though they may have their own product pages on our website.
Something actually wrong with your poster? If it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, your 2-year legal guarantee applies to all our posters, standard or personalized. Email us at contact@tellyourtrail.com and we'll put it right.
