Partner with Tell Your Trail
The people behind the routes.
Some routes are more than lines on a map. They are maintained, promoted, protected, guided, raced, and loved by real people.
We create approved poster designs with Trail Management Organizations, Tourism Boards, Adventure Travel Companies, and Races & Events — with a share of every sale going back to the people behind the route.
If you help care for, promote, guide, or organize an outdoor route, we’d love to hear from you.
Represent a route, race, destination, or adventure company?
Let’s turn your route into art that gives back.
Partner with us to create an approved poster design for your route, event, or destination. You approve the artwork and introduce it to your audience — we take care of everything after that, and your organization receives a share of every sale.
The partnership · step by step
From first hello to a poster that gives back.
Four steps, and most of the work sits with us. You share the route and approve the design; we do the rest.
We check the fit
We start with a short call or email to learn more about your route, event, destination, or adventure company. Together, we look at whether a Tell Your Trail poster would be a good fit for your audience.
We agree the partnership
If we both want to go ahead, we put the details in a partner agreement — which routes, how the share works, how approval runs, and how we'll each promote it.
We create and you approve
We create an approved design based on your route, event, or destination. You review the route, wording, logo use, and final artwork before anything goes live.
We launch and promote together
The poster goes live in our shop. Nothing is printed until someone orders it — no stock, no risk on your side. We handle the printing, the shipping and the questions. Your part is the introduction, and every sale sends a share back to you.
What exactly do you create?
We create approved designs based on your route, event, destination, or adventure experience. Most partnerships start with a poster design, but the artwork can also be adapted for other agreed products where it makes sense.
You review the route, wording, logo use, and final artwork before anything goes live.
Who can become a partner?
We work with Trail Management Organizations, Tourism Boards, Adventure Travel Companies, and Races & Events.
If you manage, promote, guide, or organize an outdoor route or experience, and you think your audience would love a design based on it, we’d be happy to explore whether it is a good fit.
How does the revenue share work?
Once the design is live, your organization receives an agreed share of every sale. The exact percentage, payment timing, and reporting details are confirmed in the partner agreement before we start.
The more the design is shared and sold, the more your organization can earn.
What do you need from us?
We usually need the route details, relevant files or references, permission to use your name or logo, and your feedback during the design approval process.
We also ask partners to help promote the design through their own website, shop, newsletter, social media, or other channels. It works best when both sides actively share it.
Do we need to hold stock or handle shipping?
No. You don't need to buy stock, store products, pack orders, or handle shipping. We run the online store and take care of made-to-order production, fulfillment, and customer support. Your part is to approve the design and help introduce it to your audience.
Who owns the route and the artwork?
Your route, brand name, and logo remain yours. The artwork we create remains ours, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Usage, approval, revenue share, promotion, and cancellation terms are all confirmed in the partner agreement so everything is clear before launch.
How long does it take to launch?
Timelines depend on the route complexity, how many designs we create, and how quickly feedback is shared.
For most partnerships, we start with a clear scope, create the first design, collect your feedback, and only launch once the final artwork has been approved.
Can we collaborate on more than one route?
Yes. Most partners start with one route and add more once they see how it lands.
