Tell Your Trail is an online studio creating made-to-order wall art inspired by trails, routes, races, road trips, and outdoor adventures.

We aim to reply as soon as we can during normal working days. Because we are a small studio, response times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or travel.

What we sell

We create made-to-order posters, custom designs, and occasional digital files.

Tell Your Trail sells made-to-order wall art and related design services. Our products may include:

• unframed physical posters;
• personalized or customized poster designs;
• fully bespoke designs;
• route-based designs created from customer-provided route information;
• occasional digital files.

Most of our physical products are produced only after an order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary stock and allows each order to be prepared for the customer.

Prices, taxes & currencies

The final order price, including any tax, is shown before you complete checkout.

Prices are shown on the website and at checkout before you place your order.

Taxes. We are a VAT-registered business in Italy, and prices shown to consumers include any VAT that applies. The tax applied depends on where your order is delivered, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, no EU VAT is charged, but import VAT, customs duties, or local charges may be payable in the destination country on arrival.

Currencies. Our main business currency is EUR. Depending on your location and the options available at checkout, you may be able to view or pay in another currency. Your bank, card provider, payment provider, or wallet provider may apply currency-conversion fees, foreign-transaction fees, or other charges. These charges are not set or controlled by Tell Your Trail.

Import charges on international orders. For deliveries outside the EU (and in some cases to specific territories), import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or handling fees may apply on arrival and are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Orders, fulfillment & delivery

We design from our studio and work with professional production partners to fulfill orders.

Tell Your Trail is designed and managed from our studio in Vittorio Veneto, Italy.

Physical products may be printed and shipped by carefully selected production and fulfillment partners. Depending on the customer’s location, an order may be produced or shipped from different countries.

Delivery times, production times, tracking, failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, customs issues, and lost or damaged parcels are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Because most products are made to order, cancellation and return rights may differ depending on whether the item is standard, personalized, custom-made, bespoke, or digital.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in our policies removes rights that the law gives you.

If you buy from us as a consumer, you have legal rights under the consumer protection laws that apply to your purchase. Two of the most important are:

• a 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible orders — such as a standard catalog poster or a gift card — letting you change your mind within 14 days, without giving a reason;
• a 2-year legal guarantee on physical goods, covering products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described — including personalized posters.

Personalized, custom, bespoke, Studio-created, and route-based products are made to your specifications, so the 14-day change-of-mind right doesn't apply to them — but they're still fully covered by the 2-year legal guarantee if something is wrong with them.

Our policies explain in full how we handle cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, custom orders, personalized products, and digital products. Nothing in this Legal Notice, our Terms of Service, or our other policies is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Disputes & help

Please contact us first — we'll always try to sort things out fairly.

If something has gone wrong with your order, please email us at contact@tellyourtrail.com. Include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and — for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — the specific photos set out in our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy (section 07), which we need to assess and progress your claim. We'll always try to find a fair and practical solution.

If we can't resolve it together, and you're a consumer, you're free to bring the matter before a competent court under the consumer law that applies to you. You may also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body if you wish. We haven't committed to any particular ADR body, but options in Italy include the conciliation services of the Italian Chambers of Commerce and the consumer ADR bodies listed by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT).

Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have.

Intellectual property

Our designs, words, images, and website content belong to us or our licensors.

Unless stated otherwise, the Tell Your Trail name, website content, product designs, layout, copy, images, illustrations, files, and other creative materials are owned by Tell Your Trail or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you provide us with route data, names, quotes, event details, logos, or other content for a custom order, you must have the right to use that content and to ask us to use it for your order.
